Hi,

After running the system for 1 month, I got a problem with on-hand in Sales order which is not equal to on-hand in Inventory. The system did use ATP and Global promise.

Please help me!!

on-hand in OM does not include items with the lots out of date.

Please show me how to set on-hand including these items.
