Hi,

I am new to the world of oracle and have this issue when placing orders.

I notice when the order reached the Fullfill node on the workflow it insert new configuration record inside the cz_config_items with line type 1004 (which we define it as Move) but for other products it insert 1003 (which is Change).

Actually I am not 100% sure of this but I notice this happend when it reach that Point (Fullfill) so my question this insertion happen on which package exactly, and from where it reads this value (1004 or 1003)?

I appreciate if someone can help with this..
