Dear All,

In R-12, accounting of voided payment does not create (remain of partial status) if its payment's accounting could not created by user mistakenly.

according to consultant, we have to create accounting of each event like:

Payment created - should be accounted
Payment Voided - if above accounted then it is accounted.

Please help, is there any limitation in setup to prevent this.

I also tried through on-line accounting program but some time failed.

Please help its urgent.

Do you see any error in the create accounting output?
if you know the xla_events.event_id's of the payment, check the xla_accounting_errors table for that event.
