Hi Alson,
you can check the following things,

-- There should not any lock exists on the line.
-- Check the Attriute of Items (eg if you are generating the
Excise Invoice then this Flag must be on and item should be
assign to the warehouse where you want to pick the material.)
-- Check Inventory Period should be open.
-- There should not exists any Pending Transaction (means check
that whether this record is stuck in
mtl_material_transaction_temp or not).
-- Check the Reservation Interface.

hi shakti,

thanks for your advise and sorry for my late reply because I was busy on some other problem.

"There should not any lock exists on the line."
after I change the Sales Order Header and Line Status from closed to Booked and Awaiting Shipping respectively, The interface trip stop seems working better than previous time. I got different error now, please see the attached file. I have compare the account code for the part in the Sales Order Line in the Item Master -> Costing screen, it is start from
01-201-...., it was the correct account code, but in Interface Trip Stop log, it tell me "01-701-...., Cost of Goods Sold Account generation failed, please use the existing combination."
and this 01-701 does not exist in our Account Code.

My question is how do I change this wrong account code into the correct account code ?

please help , thanks
