This is Oracle Applications documentation page; unfortunately, the last available version is 11. You may further research this page and available links or - if there's no success - perhaps you should contact Oracle Sales representative (in your country?) and ask for help.

Furthermore, ERD's are on metalink only...

Please log in to Metalink and choose e-Business Suite in the upperleft corner of the screen. Unfortunately, 10.7 is not on there either (only 11 and 12).

You are aware of the fact that version 10 is desupported (as far as I know)?
